Dealer Terms & Conditions

All prices are listed in US dollars. Authorized retailers will receive wholesale pricing per the price list, plus the cost of shipping. Prices are subject to change without notice. We are constantly adding to and improving our product line,  not all retail products are available at wholesale pricing.

Opening Orders
A minimum order of $4000 is required on opening orders. Opening orders must include a copy of your Reseller's Permit, Resale Certificate and Tax ID. We will email you an invoice with a link for payment. Orders must be prepaid with a credit card prior to shipment of goods.

Re-Orders
A minimum order of $500 is required on reorders.  Orders must be prepaid with a credit card prior to shipment of goods. We will contact you with your order total prior to shipping.

Payment & Delivery
Visa, MasterCard and American Express are acceptable forms of payment. Shipments are typically shipped within 24-96 hours Monday- Friday of in stock items, upon receipt of the Purchase Order. Shipping charges will be calculated and added to your order total once the order is pulled and is prepared for shipment. We reserve the right to use our discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment.  Specific carriers and prices are considered on an order-by-order basis.

Damage & Returns
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Contact us at info@line2design.com within 2 business days of receipt to discuss any goods damaged in shipment. Damaged product must be identified and documented with photographs for our records.

LINE2design, Inc. and LINE2EMS.com will not be responsible for any damage or harm caused by any products that are purchased and used as "rentals"  All products sold by LINE2design are prohibited to used as rentals and dealers will assume all responsibility for renting LINE2design products.

To make a return, email us at, info@line2design.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • Please include your Purchase Order number.
  • All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Any items that have been customized will void all warranties and the 30 day return policy.
  • All returns must be in un-used and in original packaging
  • Dealer returns will be subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee.
  • Return shipping fees are non-refundable and the responsibility of the dealer.

Order Cancellation Fee
An order cancellation fee of 10% will apply if an order is cancelled by the dealer after the order has been processed.  Most orders are processed within 1 hour of receipt.  A full refund will be given if the order has not yet been processed at the time of cancellation.

Drop Shipping
We currently offer drop shipping services in the Continental USA.  A per order drop ship fee of $25.00, will be added to each drop ship order.
